Colts sign Collins
The Indianapolis Colts have signed veteran quarterback Kerry Collins as insurance for star Peyton Manning.
Collins announced his retirement from the NFL just a couple of months ago despite having the inside track to the starting job in Tennessee.
The Colts are nervous that Manning won’t be ready for the season opener after undergoing offseason neck surgery.
The team would have started Curtis Painter at quarterback if Manning was unable to play. ( Read More…)
