Colts can’t sneak by Patriots, 31-28

The Indianapolis Colts mounted a late rally but still came up short in a 31-28 loss to the New England Patriots.

The game went back and forth between the two teams, though the Colts trailed the entire way.

Peyton Manning did rally the Colts back from a 10-point deficit late in the fourth quarter, but a turnover proved costly.

The Indianapolis Colts saw their furious fourth-quarter rally fall short in a 26-24 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Quarterback Peyton Manning threw for nearly 294 yards and touchdown but also had two interceptions.

He was pressured and hurried throughout the game as the Eagles blitzed through the Colts’ offensive line.

The Indianapolis Colts have suffered a big blow with the announcement that tight end Dallas Clark has been placed on injured reserve.

The tight end has an unspecified wrist injury that is going to require some form of surgery to correct.

Clark’s season is over, meaning the Colts are now without quarterback Peyton Manning’s favorite target.
